Limit View In Queued Documents

Limit View in Queued Documents of Checks, Statements, Invoices to Created by User

Checks, Invoices, and/or Statements created that are viewed in Documents>Queued Documents can be viewed based on user permission access where users should not be able to view Checks, Invoices, and/or Statements unless they created them. If a user can access Documents>Queued Documents

• Checks

• Invoices

• Statements

However, user access must be limited based on only if they created this document, a permission has been deployed in order to do so. The user permission can be ALL for Checks Invoices, and/or Statements.

Or this user permission can be limited to the specific user based on logged in user and only if they created that document in the Created By and will be not accessible to change in the Created by dropdown.

The security objects can be found in Administration>Security>Application Security Objects>Menu>Docs>Queued Documents. The following permissions are:

• Checks: “Uncheck to give the user ONLY access to view checks they created”

• Invoices: “Uncheck to give the user ONLY access to view Invoices they created”

• Statements: “Uncheck to give the user ONLY access to view Statements they created”

• By checkmarking Queued Documents but unchecking Checks, Invoices, and/or Statements would LIMIT that users access to ONLY those documents they created.

• By checkmarking Queued Documents, Checks, Invoices or Statements defaults checked and would give that user access to ALL Queued Checks, Invoices, and/or Statements whether they created them or not.
